  • What is the address of where you meet?
    The main club and many projects meet at 3151 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, but some projects will meet off site. For those locations ask the project leader.
  • How long are your meetings?
    The time booked for the meeting is 4pm-6pm. However, the main meeting is only about 45 minutes to an hour. The rest of the time we play games, do activities or just socialize.
  • What do you do at your meetings?
    The meetings are run in an official manner. The president calls the meeting to order and reports are given. Various business matters are discussed. A presentation or demonstration is also included. At the end of the official meeting, we all gather for snacks, fun and community service.
  • Do I have to attend the general meetings in order to part of the club?
    No, you may just attend the project meetings. However, members who attend the general meetings are able to keep up with current information, receive recognition for their work, sign-up for community service activities and learn about official meeting proceedures.

  • What are the fees involved?
    The Texas 4-H membership fee is $25 per child. The Georgetown Club fee is $10 per family.
  • Can you join Georgetown 4H if you don’t live in Georgetown?
    Yes. If you are in a county other than Williamson, however, you will need to get a cross-county exemption. Please contact your county 4-H extension agent, and they will be able to help you complete the process.
  • Can Clovers do all the activities the older kids do?
    No. Each project has age requirements. Please check the specific project page for more information.
  • Can I visit the club or a project before I sign up?
    Yes, you can visit with the club for a meeting or two to see if you will want to join us in the fun.
  • When do projects meet?
    Each project has its own meeting times and requirements. Please check with project leaders and the specific project tab for more information.
  • What activities can you do?
    Click the project tab to view the projects available in the club. We also do community service projects, fundraisers and have club parties.
  • Are there any competitions?
    Yes, there are many opportunities to compete in a variety of areas. Check with your project leader about the contests available.
  • Who do I contact for more information?
    If you need general club information, please click the contact tab at the top and fill out the form. If you need specific information about a project, please contact the project leader using the email given on the project page.
  • Do you have to be in public school?
    No, many of our members are in private schools or homeschooled.
