Project Description

There will be an information meeting on how to prepare for 4-H Public Speaking Contests.  Through this project, students have the opportunity to earn substantial scholarships.

This project will cover the basics of how to effectively communicate in a public forum, develop stage presence, cultivate thinking on one’s feet to answer questions and develop lines of reasoning for the topic, as well as speech writing, critiquing, and presentation styles for different events.
